Below are just a few of the things we’d love to hear from you about:

  1. Research

    At ASO, we foster a broad and diverse range of disciplined inquiry into the Alexander Technique that includes academically-oriented research, action-based research, and personal inquiry into our own Use. We would love to share your research in any of these areas. To learn more about our scope of research you can read our ASO blog on disciplined inquiry here, see examples on the blog here, or download and read our blog post guidelines below.

  2. Resources

    Resources can include a broad range of disciplined inquiry into the Alexander Technique. For example, is your masters or doctoral thesis included in our research database? Do you know of possible sources of funding or outlets for publication that our members might find useful? Please let us know!

  3. Reflective Commentary

    Have you been to a conference or workshop, or read a book or article that developed or challenged your ideas about the Alexander Technique? Is it something that you could bring to the attention of the community by writing a reflective piece?

  4. Proposals

    The Alexander Technique can positively impact people’s lives. Do you have an idea for an Alexander Technique project that you would like to share with our community for discussion or constructive feedback from readers?
